SmartToolHQ started in 2023 building focused software for the problems we kept seeing on client engagements — delivery governance that lived in nobody’s head, SaaS spend nobody tracked, meeting notes retyped by hand. Those became DeliveryX, SubTracker, and Clairo. We still take on client work, run through the same process.
