RACI is a responsibility model that assigns four roles to every deliverable or decision: Responsible (does the work), Accountable (owns the outcome — always exactly one person), Consulted (gives input before the decision), and Informed (told after). A RACI matrix maps these roles across your team's work so nothing falls between two chairs.
