What does the Go-Live Readiness Scorecard check?

It checks the 12 things that most often derail deployments, grouped into four areas: Testing & Quality, Operations, People & Communications, and Governance & Rollback. Each answer is scored and combined into a single 0–100 readiness score with a Green, Amber, or Red verdict.

How is the readiness score calculated?

Each question scores 10 points for Yes, 5 for Partially, and 0 for No — a maximum of 120 points, normalised to 0–100. 85+ is Green (ready to launch), 60–84 is Amber (launch at risk), and below 60 is Red (delay recommended).

Is it really free?
